Who drafted the Constitution of Muslim League, 'The Green Book'?

The All-India Muslim League was established in December 1906 in Dacca. Following its formation, a written constitution was required to define its organizational structure and principles. This constitution, famously known as 'The Green Book', was drafted by Maulana Muhammad Ali Jauhar (also spelled Johar) [t2][t8]. The draft was prepared in the form of a brochure and was subsequently presented at the League's first annual meeting held in Karachi in December 1907 [t5][t9]. While other leaders like Muhammad Iqbal and Choudhary Rahmat Ali were instrumental in conceptualizing the idea of a separate Muslim state (Pakistan) in later years, the foundational legal document of the League was the work of Jauhar [c3][t8].
