Statement III is incorrect; while Fundamental Duties were indeed incorporated by the 42nd Amendment Act of 1976, they were added as a new Part IV-A (Article 51A), not within the existing Chapter/Part IV, which is dedicated to DPSPs [t2, t5, t6, t8]. Therefore, only statements I and II are accurate.
