Shaikh Moinuddin, Bakhtiyar Kaki and Farid ud din Ganj-i-Shakar were

Shaikh Moinuddin Sijzi (Moinuddin Chishti), Khwaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki, and Shaikh Fariduddin Ganj-i Shakar (Baba Farid) were prominent Sufi saints belonging to the Chishti order (silsila) during the Sultanate period [1]. Shaikh Moinuddin Chishti introduced and established the Chishti order in the Indian subcontinent, settling in Ajmer [t1][t6]. He was succeeded by his disciple Qutbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki in Delhi, who in turn was the spiritual master of Fariduddin Ganj-i Shakar [t1][t2]. These saints were part of a spiritual lineage that emphasized austerity, piety, and devotion, attracting followers across various social backgrounds [c2]. Their dargahs (shrines) became major centers of pilgrimage (ziyarat) for seeking spiritual grace [c2]. The Chishti order became the most popular Sufi order in India, known for its influential teachers like Nizamuddin Auliya and Nasiruddin Chiragh-i Dehli [c1][t6].
