Where did Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose announce the formation of the Government of Free India in 1943?

On October 21, 1943, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose announced the formation of the Provisional Government of Free India, also known as Arzi Hukumat-e-Azad Hind, in Singapore [1][2]. The historic proclamation took place at the Cathay Cinema Hall (or Cathay Building) [1]. Following his arrival in Singapore in July 1943, Bose took over the leadership of the Indian independence movement in East Asia from Rashbehari Bose [2][3]. As the Head of State, Prime Minister, and Supreme Commander of the Indian National Army, Netaji used this government-in-exile to mobilize the Indian diaspora and resources across Southeast Asia [1]. Shortly after the announcement in Singapore, the government declared war on Britain and the United States and received diplomatic recognition from several Axis powers and their allies [2].
