Provisions of which one of the following Articles of the Constitution of India apply to the State of Jammu and Kashmir?

Article 370 of the Constitution of India provided a special temporary status to the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir [1]. Under this Article, the provisions of Article 1 and Article 370 itself applied directly to the State, while other constitutional provisions could be extended through Presidential Orders with the concurrence of the State government [2].
