The statement that the Right to Property is not part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is incorrect. Article 17 of the UDHR explicitly states that 'Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others' and 'No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property' [1].
