Which one of the following statements is correct?

The Constitution allows nominated members to exercise nearly all rights of elected MPs and they “enjoy all powers, privileges and immunities available to an elected member of Parliament”; the Rajya Sabha has nominated members and such members are not entitled to vote in the Presidential election though they can vote for the Vice‑President . The Lok Sabha historically had provision for up to two Anglo‑Indian members to be nominated by the President, so nominated membership is not confined only to Rajya Sabha [1]. There is no constitutional prohibition on appointing a nominated MP as a Union Minister; Article 75 requires ministers to be members of Parliament, and nominated MPs are MPs (the fact that none has been inducted so far does not imply a bar) .
