In the 'Individual Satyagraha', Vinoba Bhave was chosen as the first Satyagrahi. Who was the second ?

The Individual Satyagraha campaign was inaugurated on 17 October 1940 with Acharya Vinoba Bhave offering the first satyagraha near his Paunar ashram in Maharashtra [1]. Mahatma Gandhi subsequently selected other leaders to follow; Jawaharlal Nehru was the second named satyagrahi. Nehru was arrested at Gorakhpur even before he could formally begin his individual protest, an event that compelled Gandhi to broaden the campaign’s scope to include members of the Congress working committee and broader party leadership. These contemporary accounts identify Nehru clearly as the second satyagrahi after Vinoba Bhave.
