In India, the ports are categorized as major and non-major ports. Which one of the following is a non-major port ?

Dahej is a non-major (state/privately administered) port. The official list of Major Ports published by the Ministry includes Cochin (Kochi), Paradip and New Mangalore among the country’s 12 Major Ports, showing that options 1, 3 and 4 are major ports [1]. Major ports are administered by the Union Government, while non-major (minor/intermediate) ports are managed by State/UT governments; India also has around 200 non-major ports, many of which handle traffic at the state level [2]. Because Dahej does not appear on the Ministry’s list of Major Ports and falls under state/private administration, it is classified as a non-major port (option 2).
